Following a successful beta phase with renowned tech companies, the new labCORE hardware extension together with software extensions for Unicast, Auracast™, and IMP are now available for order and provide a consistent, controlled Bluetooth® LE audio connection for reliable acoustic measurements using the LC3 codec. The USB connection allows the module to be connected to the labCORE platform immediately, eliminating the need for complex hardware integrations and offering clear advantages in terms of time savings and cost reduction. The modular architecture allows customers to purchase exactly the features they need and expand them as required at any time, including optional packet impairment testing and comprehensive manual connection control for targeted, reproducible testing.
Comprehensive test solution for Bluetooth® LE Audio
HEAD acoustics already covers the entire test range for classic Bluetooth® audio applications and now fully integrates both LE audio technologies into the powerful labCORE test front end, which serves as a reference implementation for both Unicast testing (gateway and terminal) as well as for Auracast™ transmitters and receivers. The software-based architecture with integrated LC3 codec enables automated, precise, and practical evaluation of all Bluetooth® LE Audio scenarios.
In combination with the ACQUA analysis system and the 3PASSlab, 3PASSflex, and 3PASSreverb simulation solutions, HEAD acoustics offers a consistent test environment for all device types and applications.
