| Every calibration of HEAD acoustics products includes comprehensive
documentation. In order to guarantee the traceability of the
calibration to national measurement standards for representing
the units in accordance with the International System of Units
(SI), the documentation includes information about both, the
calibration object and the reference devices used, e.g. serial
number, date of the recent calibration, name of the accredited
laboratory and calibration mark. |
| Moreover, the documentation of both, the measured correction
factors and all adjustments carried out guarantees that measurements
carried out before and after the calibration are comparable.
Stickers are placed on all systems that have been calibrated,
listing the calibration status and the due date for the next
calibration. All calibration data is retained by HEAD acoustics
for a period of at least three years. |
| Upon request, many systems are calibrated according to ISO
17025. |
| As an option calibration can be carried out at your premises
and thus further minimize down time of your products.
