Calibrations as a service

To be able to carry out error-free and reproducible... 

Calibrations as a service

To be able to carry out error-free and reproducible measurements, it is recommended that you have your HEAD acoustics measurement systems calibrated once per year. To live up to your quality standards and those of your customers, you should use our service and have calibrations performed either in Herzogenrath or, upon request, at your location. Our subsidiaries in China, Japan and the USA have their own service departments. You are welcome to contact our colleagues in your area directly.

Which services are included?

  • Information on the calibration object
  • Information on the used reference devices (e.g. serial number, date of the last calibration, laboratory carrying out the calibration, and calibration marks)
  • Documentation of correction factors
  • Documentation of adjustments carried out
  • Sticker with calibration status
  • All measured data will be archived at HEAD acoustics for at least three years

For many devices, a DAkkS calibration as per DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 is possible.
