|In this application example HEAD
VISOR is used to visualize the sliding sound of a windshield
wiper. The analysis of the recorded source map shows that during
the upward stroke the left wiper dominates the resulting wiper
sound with its inner side. During the downwards stroke the sound,
however, is mainly caused by the external endings of the right
wiper. The metallic click sound at the lower arrester can be
clearly traced back to the hinge of the right wiper.
