| Wind Noise results from
air flowing around the car body and increases with vehicle
speed. It is influenced by airflow related excitations
as they are e.g. caused by the geometry of the A-pillar,
the mirrors, or the undercarriage. |
| In addition to airflow excitation,
vehicle interior wind noise depends on the sound transmission
behavior of the car body and may be influenced e.g. by
the door and window seals. |
