This course is both theoretical and practical and allows participants to acquire, without any prior knowledge of the software, complete autonomy and mastery in the use of the HEAD acoustics ArtemiS SUITE, for the acquisition and analysis of vibroacoustic quantities.

Training Method

In addition to theoretical training, practical exercises will be offered, allowing participants to familiarize themselves with ArtemiS SUITE, to manage the recordings, to perform and interpret the analyses.

Operational Objectives

After completing the course, participants will be able to:

1. Understand the Artemis SUITE interface
2. Create a data analysis project from scratch
3. Create graphs in the most effective way, both for data analysis and data communication
4. Become familiar with the main analysis methods used in the NVH applications
5. Analyze a record for sound quality assessments, with playback and advanced filtering
6. Set target curves for the analysis
7. Set up, perform, and monitor a vibroacoustic recording with ArtemiS SUITE.

Notes

We ask all participants to bring their own laptop with ArtemiS SUITE installed and a binaural playback system from HEAD acoustics (BPU or equivalent).

All participants will receive a temporary license dongle. This allows full access to the modules required for the acquisition and analysis tasks covered in the practical training sessions.

Please note that the training sessions will be held in Italian.

Assessment method

Knowledge will be assessed using multiple-choice questionnaires, which will be completed at the beginning and end of the course.
